Job Description

  • Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in creating complicated XML, applying Schemas and DTD.
  • Have experience in creating XSLT, DTD, Schema
  • Able to apply technical and Analytical skills while Creating XML files.
  • Set methodologies and workflows for project execution
  • Create effort estimations for technical tasks and define productivity norms for the teams
  • Prepare production checklists and guidelines
  • Train team members and suppliers on project related requirements and processes
  • Manage the teams and suppliers on a daily basis
  • Conduct quality reviews of all deliverables as per the defined review process
  • Ensure the delivery schedules are adhered to
  • Identify possible risks at production level and communicate the same to stakeholders
  • Superb problem-solving ability, with a knack for technical innovation
  • Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions
  • Provide timely feedback on teams and supplier’s performance to Project Manager
  • Comply with project related laws and regulations
  • Strong organization, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, Python) will be an added advantage
