Job Description

Responsible to install and set up Windows systems and servers.
Install and maintain Windows-based programs for end users and help debug these applications so that they work with Windows servers.
To review error logs and user-reported errors and identify stable and reliable solutions
Maintain system security by noticing faults and vulnerabilities within the server's architecture.
Knowledge of viruses and other sources of server vulnerability
Set up accounts and workstations
Troubleshoot issues and outages
Installing system and servers updates and patches
Deploy Virtual Machines and use Clones, Snapshots, and templates
Knowledge and experience on AD, DNS, DHCP, File & Print servers, MS Cluster, Server backup

Required Candidate profile

Excellent Communication skills
Must be comfortable to work in rotational shifts
5 days working & 2 days off (depending upon requirement)
