Able to promptly answer & support related to customer Emails.
Effective reading and writing English communication skills
Typing Proficiency: Minimum 40 wpm
Must have good learning skills to acquire the product knowledge to respond to customers' questions accurately.
Ability to multi task and to meet deadlines while keeping a "can do" attitude.
Record details of customerinteractions.
Excellent (Verbal & Written) communication skills
Prior experience in email process would be an added advantage
