We are looking for Sr. Technician at ADG Online Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Job Requirements:
A. Understanding of Moulds and Prior Experience of Handling Moulds.
B. Good Drawing Reading and GD&T Skills.
C. Good Measurement Skills on Micro meter, Height Gauge, Pin Gauge etc.
D. Team player, Problem Solver, Self-Motivated.
E. Understanding of Injection Moulding Machine Operations.
F. Preferable from small & precision component manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Experience of all tool room machines & processes as :
Surface Grinding, Cylindrical grinding, Turning, Milling, Tapping & drilling etc.
2) Ability to work in close tolerances ( 3 to 5 microns ) utilizing precision tools
3) Drawing Reading and understanding
4) Ability to use all Measuring Instruments like Micrometers, Dial gauges, Height gauges, Slip Gauges etc.
5) Experience in Mould making preferred
6) Readiness to work in 2 shifts operation
7) Ability and vision to improve machining processes
