Job Description

  • Bachelors degree in Design or related discipline.
  • Skilled designer with 4+ years experience with UX creative design with a strong portfolio of design work.
  • 4+ years of experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wireframes for complex web applications.
  • Preferred experience with design for digital problem solving, specifically for mobile devices.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and usability principles.
  • Strong understanding and experience facilitating user research and usability tests.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS.
  • Proficiency (Mastery?) with leading design software such as Sketch, Axure, InVision and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working knowledge of Abstract.
  • Proven ability to create strong visuals and articulate those design choices to help facilitate understanding of design concepts is a must.
  • Interest in exploring a variety of options and how they impact the user’s experience.
  • Ability to make the complex appear clear.
  • Confident problem solver and communicator.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional team player.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced delivery environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills.
  • Touch-screen experience a plus.
