Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Include but not limited to sourcing candidates from various portals like Naukri, monster, Linkedin, Glassdoor, etc.; screening, head hunting and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.
Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our positions.

Manage a heavy requisition load and built a pipeline of qualified candidates through relationships with professional organizations, Referrals, Job Postings and by establishing strong internet recruiting capabilities

Must Required

3+ years experience in IT Recruitment
Should have demonstrated success in building and leading high performing talent acquisition teams and building good partnerships.
Positive attitude and demeanour in the face of adverse customer / internal customer demands.
Proactive and self-driven. Strong personal ethics and a high level of commitment.
Superior verbal and written communication skills
