Job Description

Responsible for handling IT and healthcare requirements from US based clients.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
Exposure into handling direct accounts/ clients/MSP/VMS
Domain exposure into BANKING, FINANCIAL, IT, TELECOM, NON-IT.
Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
Responsible for providing staffing services to customers in their recruiting and personnel needs.
Responsible for exercising discretion and good judgment in recruiting candidates for customers.
Responsible for sourcing candidates via the following methods: cold calling, networking, internal resume database, Internet resume banks, the general Internet, etc.
Interact with the clients and sales person at onsite (US) per the need
Negotiation of wage and salary rates with candidates, Perform BGC/Reference Checks
Good domain knowledge of the specific vertical/domain (need base SAP, Telecom, etc.)
