Job description:
Lead the Android Team and Manage their JD/KRA for reviews
Manage the existing products / solution and enhance them with new features. Upgrade them on Kotlin
Should be excellent with Online and Offline mechanics of Android App development ie local database usage and sync logic
Review the code of Android Developers and help them to complete task within timelines
Weekly task allocation in conjunction with the project manager for himself and team members
Daily Standup Meeting with team for task allocation and also review daily reporting of the team
GIT workflow and merging post review of code
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
development efficiency
Participate in brainstorming sessions and have the chance to contribute innovatively and original ideas to our technology, algorithms and product Dive into difficult problems and successfully deliver results within a schedule
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize
Hybrid App knowledge will be added advantage
2+ Years of Android Mobile App Development experience with Java, Kotlin, Rxjava, Dagger, retrofit, Design patterns.
Hands-on experience in React Native, Redux, HTML5 & CSS3, able to develop android applications.
Hands-on coding skills in JavaScript for mobile-based applications.
Built advanced applications (at least 2 live projects) in React Native Framework for mobile.
Experience on web service integration (SOAP/ REST/ JSON/ XML)
Worked on Social API integration, Core location APIs, Payment gateway integration, Google Maps, Web Views, Push Notification Service
Must have strong experience in Javascript, Firebase/ Cordova, React Native.
Strong Knowledge of SQLite, MySQL, Firebase or similar databases
Knowledge in continuous integration & delivery tools like Jenkins & SonarQube will be an advantage.
Well versed in Agile methodology and team coordination in onsite-offshore, model
Should have experience in working in Dual Shore model excellent coordination skills.
Published 2 or more apps in Google Play Store and Apple iTunes store
