  • Managing the project includes team handling, prepare the various types of reports and maintain the SLA’s, shift management, preparing roster, resource leave management.
  • Knowledge on ticketing tool, SLA.
  • Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and serve as an escalation point for incidents and problems.
  • Accountability for the quality delivery of end user facing services provided by IT Operations.
  • Ensure local Service Delivery approach, processes, and procedures are aligned with organizational standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Should have technically strong.
  • Proactive communication with client and team members.
  • Management of the project scope, deliverables and timeline.
  • Hands-on knowledge of IT technical infrastructure services.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Plans, directs, reviews, and evaluates the staff and functions of the IT department.
