Applications are invited in prescribed format for University Research Fellowship from the eligible candidates enrolled in different Departments as well as Centres of University of Calcutta.
1. Eligibility: Enrollment in Ph.D. programme under University of Calcutta. Successful qualification in NET/GATE/SET Examination.
2.The amount of fellowship is consolidated Rs. 18,000/- p.m. for JRF and Rs. 20,000/- for SRF.
3. The duration of the fellowship is for 4(four) years only, extendable up to one more year only in deserving cases.
