Job Description

Axis Bank is hiring for Training Manager Profile on Partners Payroll.

Payroll will be with one of leading partners with Axis Bank.

Job Description:

New RO to be mentored and made productive in shortest span of joining
Increase RO productivity in your zone
Act as a buddy mentor to ROs at various stages of their journey in Axis Bank
Regular product and policytrainingfor all ROs
Ensure systemtrainingto be done and take accountability for correct mapping of ROs

Education Qualification : Minimum Graduation or Above

CTC : Negotiable (as per industry norms)

Location :- Chandigarh (2 positions)

Recruitment criteria for hiring the candidate:

Prior experience in training role in financial services segment OR bare minimum of 2 years of sales experience in home loan, LAP and affordable housing segment (Asha Home Loan/Affordable loans)
Should have adequate product knowledge of mortgages - Home Loan, LAP and Affordable Housing
Should hold a graduation degree
Should be fluent in their communication
The role requires the candidate to frequently travel across the region fortraining
Reporting to Mortgages RSM / ZSM
