Job Description

  • Collaborate and engage with stakeholders to understand their business units and functions and training requirements
  • Identify skill gaps for building competence and technical expertise of employees
  • Analyse the training needs for employee/team through Employee Personal Development Plans, consultation with Head of Engineering/Delivery Managers/Development Leads and devise learning strategies and programmes
  • Design and Develop new training programs, amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
  • Maintain quality, relevant and up to date content including e-learning courses on learning management systems
  • Identify, evaluate and select training vendors
  • Monitor and evaluate training program?s effectiveness, success periodically and report on them
  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of training trends, developments and implement best practices
  • Create a learning culture and knowledge sharing platforms
  • Cross function collaboration
  • Assist in planning and implementing budgets
  • Maintain Metrics Reports for Leadership team and internal and external audits
  • Track Knowledge Index and aid Delivery managers with Exception reporting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
  • Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with Head of Engineering/Delivery Managers/Development Leads to facilitate delivery and compliance with the engineering strategy
  • Negotiate with training vendors for quality and cost optimization
