Job Description

  • Contract Management
  • Tender Management
  • Responsible for identification of suitable Tender Notification from daily newspapers and various e- proc portals.
  • Preparation of Pre-qualification criteria payment requests and Tender documents.
  • Uploading of Bid Documents in respective e-proc portals.
  • Updating and maintaining of database.
  • Follow up of Tenders in which we are L1 to get client approvals, work order and work agreements.
  • Preparation of Techno Commercial Offers.
  • Assist in preparation of work bill.
