Job Description

  • Performs all over the counter banking transactions in accordance with banks standard.
  • Accepts cash deposits and payments for current, savings and fixed deposit accounts.
  • Process withdrawals/ deposits from / to customer accounts.
  • Approves and processes customer service charge refunds within authority
  • Handles all routine customers questions, problems, concerns related to cash and remittances and refers complex issues to higher authorities as appropriate.
