Follow up lead prospects that are generated by internal/external sources
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
Encourage the customer to come for a property tour.
Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members
Provide calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
Appropriately communicate brand identity requirements
