1-Excellent English communication skill and technical understanding.
2-Ability to work with the an engineering team (Developer/ QA ) to create customer-facing, user-facing technical documentation of various products.
3-Skill set to create online help pages for portals of various products, present to and solicit feedback from various engineering, development,and operations teams.
4- Ability to work closely with product teams to understand requirements for new products and suggest the best approach for technical communication.
5- Willingness to also work if required for the existing projects with the engineering, marketing, and operations teams or consultants to understand the existing documentation.
6- Demonstrable working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
