Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leading the project management and administration of multiple software and IT projects for US based clients currently underway.
  • Act as the Business analyst for ensuring the requirements are gathered and documented for implementation.
  • Actively participate in RFP process for implementation of new complex software systems.
  • Communicate the project schedules, change proposal, risks on a regular basis to management and overall team.
  • Apply excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrate business acumen, knowledge, and professionalism.
  • Customer-focused ability to communicate and present across all levels of the organization.
  • Provide direction and coaching to junior colleagues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years of overall project management experience leading IT team.
  • 5 + years of experience leading software development team through SDLC life.
  • Experience in both traditional and Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong Jira, Planner, Slack, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Project Management or Equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience working in geographically distributed (US/India) Agile Scrum teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with a small team and shared resources
  • Strong analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude; strategic thinking with ability to connect the dots during user interactions.
  • Ability to work on fast-paced and dynamic startup environment experiencing tremendous growth.
