Job Description

Deeply understand Welch products (analytical HPLC Columns, Prep Columns, SPE, Filters, Vails and GC columns etc.)

2. Method development in the Lab by using Welch products.

3. Will be responsible for giving solutions to different customers in whole India, (business trips are necessary sometimes)

4. Technical Inquiry handling

5. Trainings Seminars for customers and sales staffs

6. Candidate should provide professional and effective services to meet customer expectations

7. Application Data Management

8. Complaints Feedbacks Management

9. HPLC Column Performance Test Replacement

10. Lab Security
