Job Description

  • Evaluating customer needs to suggest upgrades or additional features.
  • Understanding the customer needs and pitching the right solution.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience in technical support and sales. Good technical and product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of sales software. Ability to communicate clear and effectively with the client. to work 24x7. to Take Ownership of all the assignment given.
  • Technical Hands On Experience On Working At AWS & Azure Cloud.
  • at Excel and creating Reports. at Documenting and email communication. Pro-active and easy to gel with people. to Train & help Customer adopt our product.
  • Ability to map the Customer Eco system and map the key stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year Experience in Client handling
