Responsible for planning and executing strategies to improve Sales.
To manage the entire tele-sales team.

Ensure cross-sell and up-sell of insurance products and services.
Prepare and maintain a report regarding the gap between each meeting of the deals finalized by Tele Callers
Regularly following up of all the cases, being handled by the Tele Callers
Keep a check of the quality of the meetings with the Clients
Data generation
Making calls to the clients to generate business sales
To ensure minimal compliance issues related to clients.
Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 4,25,000 PA.
