Tasks & Activities
1. POC Management & Work allocation
Daily interactions with POC/ Delivery Manager to understand the specs for open roles and TAT in which it needs to be closed in.
Allocating roles to recruiters in team as per their skillsets with specified timelines and strategies.
2.Team & Performance Management
Handling a team of 3-6 People (Team size may vary)
Controlling absenteeism & attrition.
Identifying gaps in team performance in comparison to set team targets.
Strategizing plans to fill in such gaps.
Evaluating each team members performance on weekly/ monthly basis and sharing appropriate feedback to fill in gaps.
Devising specific performance improvement plans for team members facing performance issues and hand holding them revive their performance.
Maintaining weekly/ monthly/ quarterly scorecards for team members for assistance in performance & salary appraisals.
Grievance and Conflict Management.
3. Revenue Goal Setting & Achievement
Setting Team and individual revenue targets for every Month, Quarter & Years in discussion with the management.
Explaining the team & individual targets to all the team members with the strategies to achieve them.
Ensuring successful implementation of recruitment strategies for goal achievement.
4. Daily reports & checks
Ensuring that the right no. of screened profiles are shared with client within the specified timelines.
Ensuring that there are no misses in daily follow ups
Sharing accurate trackers daily with the clients in the specified format.
5.Measurement Metrics
Achievement of Team Revenue targets for every quarter
Reduction in absenteeism & attrition in every quarter.

Must be well versed with Recruitment Strategies.
Hands on Experience on various portals used for sourcing
Flexible to work on weekends, (only if required).
