Job function Key Activities involved for the function Competency Managing exchange desk Ensures smooth exchanges of merchandise of customers Planning & Organizing Ensures capturing, addressing & replying to all customers Communication complaints, suggestions & queries in timely manner Problem solving Analysis and feedback of the exchanges and complaints. Decision Making Analytical skills People Management Leadership Alteration Desk Managing out sourced contracts with tailors Customer focus Ensure safety of the merchandise Monitoring & controlling Ensures smooth front end delivery of merchandise to customers, cost effectiveness & efficiency of back end tailoring operations Analysis and feedback of the alterations. Managing staff Supervises & schedules all CSD, Gift wrapping & tailoring staff Appraising the CSD staff along with the respective Department Manager Training Staff Managing Outsourced Gift wrapping Ensures smooth front end delivery of merchandise to customers Analysis and feedback of the Gift Wrapping. Managing out sourced contracts with gift wrap contractors.
