Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Team management
Experience in Mortgage process (compulsory)
Able to promptly answer, support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications for progress and operations
Customer interaction, planning, reviews, guidance, and troubleshooting
Ensures process training is available for those responsible for executing the in-scope activities
Monitors the overall quality of the process and implement process improvement projects
Monitor and report on process compliance and Service Delivery
Coordinate activities between multiple support groups to ensure adherence to Service Levels & cut offs
