Job Description

Team Lead - Digital Marketing - IT Job Opportunity (with ADG Online Solutions Pvt Ltd (CMMI Level 5) based in Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)

Role : Team Lead - Digital Marketing - IT
Experience :4 to 8 years
Location : Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)

Educational Qualification:- Graduation or Post graduate in any field.

Job description:

Should be able to work on strict turn around times, have a problem-solving approach, is sharp and aware of the new innovations/ services in the industry.
Should have lead teams, can set up multi step campaigns, can consult stakeholders and can implement complex campaigns single headedly while nurturing and guiding junior resources
Performance objectives - At least 5+ years in email marketing with experience in demonstrated success creating and implementing effective email campaigns - Drive cross-functional marketing initiatives with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to increase provider activations, retention - Experience with building scalable, broad reach email acquisition partnerships & programs, while assisting on-boarding programs to maximize engagement.
Experienced setting multi-channel campaigns
Strong quantitative, strategic, and data visualization skills highly recommended, and working knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred
Understand the esoteric nature of email design, delivery and analytics and be able to effectively communicate this to non-technical stakeholders
Expert user of the basics: MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
