To be able to support exponential growth over the years, Medline is expanding our IT operations in Pune. We have immediate need for ATG Lead with strong ATG experience. In this role, the ATG Lead will be responsible for leading the Team of 15+ ATG Developers, few UI developers driving the ATG Development Practices.
ATG Lead will be responsible for guiding the Team technically functionally. Should be cutting across Scrum Squads to help the Team in coming up with technical designs solutions.
ATG Lead will be responsible for coming up with development processes practices to take the Team to the next level. Should possess good knowledge of Java ATG coding practices and guide the Team accordingly.
ATG Lead should possess good knowledge of DevOps practices and will be responsible for guiding the Team for DevOps processes. Should have sound knowledge of Junit and should be able to help the Team wherever required. Should be able to improvise team results using static code analysis tools, DevOps practices, measurement using appropriate metrics
ATG Lead should be able to communicate collaborate well within the Team as well as with the other Stake holders.
Contribute to reviews, feedback
Work closely with multiple teams in an agile environment
Provide mentorship to other team members
Provide technical and Leadership direction in the design and implementation of various projects in ATG space
Should be able to lead and manage project teams as Team Lead with technical expertise
Lead root cause analysis activities and work with team members to implement solutions
Leading the team defining SLA, mechanism for supporting as required
Skills / Experience:10+ Years experience working as a JAVA/ATG developer.
2+ Years experience of leading Team
At least 5 years experience in developing applications on ATG Commerce.
Experience working with Endeca a plus.
Good knowledge of SQL must.
Must have worked in Agile.
Good knowledge of DevOps tools practices.
Good communication collaboration skills.
