Incontext of the new structure, this position will work in the capacity of beinga dedicated HR resource for India operations for the International TradingBusiness. KeyChallenges: Correctlyunderstand the manpower requirements ofthe business in terms of talentacquisition as well as talent retention and development and accordingly supportHead HR in HR strategy development Liase withother functional departments to understand their human resource requirementsand contribute accordingly To drive alearning culture across the International Trading business Monitor, measure and report HR issues ,opportunities and development plans within agreed formats and timescales. Compensation & Benefits Ensure 100 % accuracy is maintained in terms of compensation related data communication ,reports and ACR exercise including the VP calculations. 2.HRIS database to be maintained with 100 %accuracy on a real time basis Employee Engagement ProvidingRole clarity through proper Job Descriptions Creatingtouch points Ongoingdiscussions with revenue drivers ,tracking their issues and concerns. Developmentand adherence to the Employee engagement calendar across units. Timely and effective resolution of employee queries. Development of various award programs - financial& non financial to promote employee motivation Learning & Development 1. Create a learning calendar based on the training needidentification. Inputs for the same to be sought from PMS documents. 2. Facilitate in house learning Organise externaltrainers/SMEs for specific training programs Talent Acquisition and on-boarding 1. Understand and assess the manpower requirements of the businessthrough regular dialogue with the functional team. 2. Meet the manpower requirements of the business as per the Annualhiring plan and set deadlines Ensure detailed inductionand on- boarding conducted for all new hires thereby facilitating easyassimilation into the Company.
