Support Engineer Job Opportunity (with ADG Online Solutions Pvt Ltd (CMMI Level 5) based in Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)

Role : Support Engineer
Experience :1 to 5 years
Location : Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)
Nearest Metro Station : Tugalkabad (10 min away from metro station)
Educational Qualification:- Graduation or Post graduate in specific field.

Job Decription:

Support Engineer with good Communication skills and passion for technologies. You will be part of cross-functional support team and will meet / understand the product / customer requirements / customer issue. You will work on customer issues and provide quality support to the customer. Daily you will analyze the issues raised by the customer.

Very good communication skills is a must.
Knowledge on L1 and L2 support process is a must.
Knowledge of deploying applications is good to have.
Knowledge on technologies like Core Java, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Webservices is an added advantage.
Should possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and should be a quick learner.

Any Engineering Graduate (Any Stream).
Good verbal communication skills must.
Team Player. Can coordinate internally with team well.
