What are the ongoing responsibilities of the Supervisor-TA Channel?
Responsible for day-to-day management, monitoring and reporting of Transaction Processing and Quality Control operations carried out by the assigned team.
Ensure that all transaction processing, quality control and reporting functions are carried out in accordance with the applicable US TA policies, procedures & governing regulations.
Manage the workflow between US offices and the Poznan team, provide continuous resolutions, feedback on bottlenecks and suggestions for smooth operations.
Ensure that all transaction processing, quality control and reporting functions are completed in accordance with productivity and quality standards set by the US TA.
Produce and submit accurate and timely operational reports and other data as required.
Manage staff development and performance management in accordance with Corporate PMP standards.
Ensure that all staff related administrative tasks are completed.
Responsible for process improvements / enhancements that add value to our processes and controls.
Support all employee engagement and development initiatives.
Responsible for managing retention within budgeted levels.
