Job Description

  • Functioned as Tender Executive and arranging documents as per Tender Requirement.
  • Preparation of Tenders & Procedures / Bidding and submission of Tenders.
  • Supplier Payment & overview & Maintain list of Supplier & Identify New Supplier
  • Follow up vender for timely deliveries.
  • Uploading/Submitting the Documents in the ONLINE Platform "GEM" Preparing the proposals (Technical & Commercial).
  • Preparing Purchase Order, Receipt Notes. Stock transfer and E-waybill overview/command. re bid meeting when required.
