Roles & Responsibilities :
- Build business process by writing scripts andcreating workflows, comprehend and interpret data.
- Understand logistic movement journey.
- Design and develop the business processes and workflows from inception.
- Understand the customers requirements and mapit to functional specifications.
- Finalize functional requirements and trackProject milestone plans for delivery.
- Configure client product platform for customerrequirements.
- Define and develop re-usable configurationsand processes in the fareye platform.
- Talk to client and discuss process design anddetails.
- Create WBS plans, monitor and track the workschedule for on-time delivery.
- Proactively identify and highlight risk andits mitigation plan.
- Good working knowledge of programming injavascript and SQL. Knowing Java is a bonus.
- Ensure process improvement and compliance inthe assigned project and participate in technical discussions/review.
- Manage the scope of project and ensure changesare documented and approved.
- Release preparation (Planning deployments,version setup, coordination, etc.)
- Prepare and submit status reports.
- Clearly communicate expectations to teammembers and stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales teams with consultingsupport.
- Mentor junior process associate in technology processes.
