Job Description

Ensure in performing due diligence of all required processing steps and check parameters defined in the process
To check the credit control and process according to terms of approved risk exposure of all proposal
Ensure all exceptions and deviations are escalated to management on timely basis
Meet the productivity and accuracy targets as per the defined process.
Ensure to complete the PDD after Disbursement within TAT
Preparation of reports and data for timely compliance to Government regulatory bodies
Coordinating with the vendor regarding PAN India disbursed files storage on monthly basis and maintains records of the same.
Ensure to answer Audit queries and maintain good audit scores of files processed during the month
Ensure to resolve the Queries , Requests and Complaints of internal as well as external customers
Maintain all operation related MIS from login to disbursal on regular basis.
Administering day-to day activities for process coordination with internal/external departments and conducting Audits for smooth business operations.
Managing the entire domain of staff training , knowledge development for internal systems, processes, circular and other knowledge base.
Performed all the assigned base management activities and reduced the operational error and complain.
Well versed with the login process of the retail products, BL, PL, LAP

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 6 years of experience in operations in NBFC/Bank
Qualification Required: MBA/ PGDM preferred
