Sr. Lead – Operation & Admin. Job Opportunity (with ADG Online Solutions Pvt Ltd (CMMI Level 5) based in Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)

Role : Sr. Lead – Operation & Admin.
Experience :2 to 6 years
Location : Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)
Nearest Metro Station : Tugalkabad (10 min away from metro station)
Educational Qualification:-  Graduation or Post graduate in any field.

Job description: 

We are looking for an Operations Administrator to support the daily operations of our company. The Operations Administrator's responsibilities may include answering the phone, keeping track of inventory, maintaining financial and client records, handling maintenance issues and providing administrative support as needed.

To be successful as an Operations Administrator you should be able to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Ultimately, a top-notch Operations Administrator should be highly organized and thrive under pressure.


Roles and Responsibilities

 

The Operations Administrator is responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating service booking with customers and support staff.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for support staff.
  • Generating and managing customers service agreements.
  • Providing administrative support to management and support staff.
  • Communicating rosters and roster changes to relevant staff.
  • Managing the billing process.
  • Opening of Salary Account/EPF/Group Health Insurance/Group Accidental Insurance and maintaining tracker for all existing and new joiners.
  • Maintaining files and record management system in line with quality standards
  • Overseeing office management (ordering supplies, etc.)
  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing, both in one-on-one and in group presentation settings with various levels of professionals both internal and external.
  • Strong experience in Strategic sourcing, Procurement, Contracting & Vendor Co - Ordination.

Key Performance Indicator:

  • Ability to self-manage workload, set target dates, meet deadlines, follow processes, and develop and implement project road maps to achieve optimum results.
  • Ability to demonstrate high-level customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Ability to negotiate pricing and delivery terms with supplier firms.
  • Performs financial analysis to influence procurement decisions and managing purchasing budgets to optimize cost and vendor consolidation
  • Knowledge of and the ability to utilized best practices in purchasing, procurement and client negotiation.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize accounts payable, purchase order, and Vendor Management Systems and tools.
  • Be able to verbally communicate concepts and ideas in a way that customers, team members can easily comprehend.
  • Should be well conversant in MS Office & ERP tool.
