Main Focus and Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Responsible for the following business / functional activities of India business unit: Understand Current Application Landscape and business processes Requirement gathering, Analysis and Validation of business requirements
• Strong analytical capability to understand business questions and come up with analysis and recommendations that can turn into actions
• Obtain Management approvals.
• Lead development and deployment initiatives through latest technology along with third party service providers.
• Should have experience in deploying at least any one/ couple of projects in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing solution
• Stakeholder communication and co-ordination Manage multiple projects and report progress updates Training end users. Ability to take up additional/ special projects

Candidate Profile

• Knowledge / Experience Divisional or BU Experience Data Management/ Data Warehousing/ Business Intelligence Projects Experience / Track Record
• 5 years of experience of which atleast 3 years of relevant experience in Data Management/Business Intelligence
• Managing Master Data, ETL, scripts etc. Maintain data integrity from the source systems.
• Should have hands on knowledge in Qlikview and ETL tools, SQL including scripting Identify areas for improvements and enhancements Industries Experience One or more of the following: Information Technology Medical device Manufacturing/ Pharmaceuticals Geographical Experience
• Must have India market experience APAC or beyond collaboration experience is an advantage Management Experience Data Management/ Business Intelligence/ Inter Departmental Collaborations
• Qualifications Education / Qualification / Certification Bachelor s Degree, preferably in Engineering Post qualification in Management/ Computer Application Proficiency in English and local language. Multilingual will be an advantage.
