Sr. Executive - HR & Admin Job Opportunity (with ADG Online Solutions Pvt Ltd (CMMI Level 5) based in Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)

Role : Sr. Executive - HR & Admin 
Experience :3 to 6
Location : Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)
Nearest Metro Station : Tugalkabad (10 min away from metro station)
Educational Qualification:-  Graduation in specific field.

Job description: 

Roles and Responsibilities

•To develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
•To monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
•To manage the complete recruitment and selection process.
•On boarding & off boarding of staff
- Support in recruitment activities
- Assist in joining formalities like documentation, verification, bank account opening, IT and workstation set up
- Benefits set up like insurance and other reimbursements
- Conduct new hire orientation
- Track probation and confirmation appraisal of staff
- Drive exit formalities
- Conduct exit interviews if requested
•Employee engagement & training
•Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
•Coordination with head office for better incorporation of HR framework.
•To handle people related operational issues.
•Ensuring a growth oriented, transparent and healthy work environment.
•To maintain historical human resource records.
•Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human resource.
• Other HR activities-
- Maintenance of attendance register, leave and reimbursements
- Provide timely information on attendance and reimbursements for payroll processing
- Maintenance of requisite documentation and approvals
- Periodical HR Reports
- Assist in annual performance appraisal exercise.

Other Admin Roles -

-Welcoming all visitors, Guests & guiding them to their Concern Department.
-Drive and oversee admin function to ensure smooth functioning
- Identify admin requirements
-Stationery Record & ordering, Verifying with Bill, Cross tallying with challan.
- Bank formalities at local level if needed.
- Proper maintenance of Asset of the company & timely servicing.
- Vendor evaluation and appointment
- Follow up with vendors to meet necessary timelines
- Ensure delivery and service of highest standards from the vendors
- Coordinating the stay arrangements of Staff & Guests.
- Booking of taxi through travel agent & Hotel bookings if desired
- Housekeeping Supervision & certifying of Bills.
•Report to HOD and provide decision support through HR metrics.
•All other related work assigned to you by your Senior Authorities.
