Roles and Responsibilities

Sr. Education Counsellor for leading needed for ourleading Overseas Education Consultancy Branch in Hyderabad.

Excellent knowledge of USA / UK/ Canada/ Australia specific education and admission/Documentation processes.
Keeping up-to-date with alterations to the Education laws of the USA.
Should be having a good knowledge of the end to end process.
Handling walk-in and telephonic queries.
Converting leads into admissions.
Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.
Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
Top-notch research, fact-checking, and writing abilities.
Will work with the marketing department for university visit and education fairs.
