Sr. Account Associate Job Opportunity (with ADG Online Solutions Pvt Ltd (CMMI Level 5) based in Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)

Role : Sr. Account Associate
Experience :5 to 7 years
Location : Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)
Nearest Metro Station : Tugalkabad (10 min away from metro station)
Educational Qualification:-  Graduation or Post graduate in any field.

Job description: 

• Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules for a variety of international entities in multiple currencies.
• Investigate discrepancies and prepare recommendations for resolution.
• Discover and recommend continuous improvement within the account reconciliation process including inputs and outputs.
• Prepare and record general ledger journal entries as well as review the entries of others.
• Prepare financial reports as needed for statutory, banking, investment and audit purposes.
• Participate in month-end close activities as needed.
• Ensure deliverables are performed efficiently and are of high quality, timely and accurate.
• Assume other activities and responsibilities as directed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field required.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience with at least a year spent preparing account reconciliations.
• ERP System experience required; Oracle experience preferred.
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
• Analytical with the ability to problem solve and be detail oriented.
• Ability to collaborate with various levels of the organization and work together as a team.
• Proficient in English, both written and oral skills, in order to communicate comfortably with team members .
