Educational Qualification:- Graduation or Post graduate in specific field.

Job description:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Drive day to day operations of Analytics function
Ensure effective development of Analytics reports/dashboards
Ensure adoption of reports/dashboards

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive day to day operations of Analytics function
Understanding business Models & Data structure behind it.
Bring insights about the business & ensure effective development of Analytics reports/dashboards
Ensure adoption of reports/dashboards
Handlng issues & root cause analysis for analytics solutions
Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques and generate actionable insights.
Ensure to deliver analytics project on time & coordination with technical consultants
Actively Engage & coordination with cross functional/ regional teams & business leaders.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

2-3 years of relevant work experience
B.tech & MBA (Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics) from a premier institute
Knowledge of finance/marketing/supply chain/operations data & respective processes
Qlik Sense, Tableu, Power BI, SAP, BW, Advanced Excel (Required)
Data Science, Project Management, R/Python, Ideation (Recommended)
Problem solving skills - Ability to break a problem down into smaller parts and develop a solutioning approach
Strong analytical bent of mind with strong communication/persuasion skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment
Creative & Excellent Reasoning Skills
