Job Description

We have an opening for Software testers with minimum 2+ yrs of experience into Manual / Automation Testing

Below here are the detailed Job Resposnsibilities

Understanding the Business Processes and Requirements of client.
Implementation of Business Processes using the CRM product and its related maintenance.
Review BRD, Test cases creation, test execution, Defect logging and Publish Bug Report.
Coordinated with end-users to evaluate business processes and providing extensive support to solve production issues.
Interaction with Business users, provided training and technical assistance to the end users with CRM configuration activities of the new functionality.
Prepare and Present daily and weekly test status report
Functional Testing and Defect reporting in JIRA bug tracking tool
Manual Testing in Public, UAT, SIT, and Production Environments
Integration job Testing(Bulk data Import or Export Testing in Application)
Worked on Service Requests/Cases and Leads, Customers.
Data migration Testing on Different environment(Public, UAT, SIT, Pre Prod and Production Servers)
Mobile testing on device
