Job Description

  • Go through our social post comments, read and file complaints. Measure player satisfaction.
  • Write answers and reply to player comments and questions on our social pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
  • Contact complaining players who left a review on the app stores, write back to them and change their mind about the game.
  • Brainstorm and pre-write Q&A scripts for quicker responses.
