Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Social Media Specialist contain the following duties and responsibilities:

Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy:

  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Define most important social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  1. Handling social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn etc.
  2. Create marketing and Social Media Campaigns and strategies.
  3. You'll be responsible for supporting social media campaigns and influence relations campaigns for both brands and individuals, strengthening their connection with their audiences across a number of online channels.
  4. Create social media content that captures the voice of clients and communicate it effectively through short and long-form writing.
  5. Daily monthly content planning, post, blogs, Running sponsored campaign for corporate clients.
  6. Focus on brand building and increasing traffic through the use of monitoring tools.
  7. Social Media Engagement team member will be responsible for all incoming and outgoing engagement on digital platforms.
