Maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting of Diaphragm Control Valves, Plunger Valve, control panels, Gate valve , Air release valve , Butterfly valve etc
2. Analyse and determine the necessary repair /replace of the spares/equipment at site.
3. Providing technical and maintenance training about products.
4. Knowledge on Site Application Parameters of Control valves
5. Assembly Knowledge of Control Valve Tubing System which has Solenoid valve, Pilot etc and troubleshoot the systems.
6. PLC Control Panel knowledge and Manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
7. Prepare reports (like Customer Satisfaction Report, Technical Reports and Service report/Commissioning reports
8. Proper handing Over the systems to Client.
9. Technical Manual Preparations activities.
10. Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Protocols updating as per standards.
11. Weekly time sheet shall be submitted.
12. Site Acceptance reports get signed from Customers.
