Job Description

Role: Service Delivery Intern
Location: Sraita Vihar

Job Description:

With general supervision, performs analysis, diagnosis, configuration, and resolution of moderately complex Information Technology (IT) systems, or applications issues and/or modifications and recommend corrective solutions for implementation.
Involved in generating standard reports, will be the point of contact for escalation and recommend areas for improvement or upgrade for experience improvement.
Participate in enterprise-wide IT projects, communicate issues, concerns, and questions, and gain an understanding of evolving system requirements, changing technology, and best practices.
Implements services/solutions and Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors Degree in a technical field
Ability to help with analysis, design, and trouble-shooting of systems
Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
