Job Description

  • Minimum 6+ years of US Staffing experience.
  • Experience working on technical and IT contract positions
  • Prior experience working for direct clients (not H1 marketing)
  • Good understanding of various US work authorizations.
  • Good understanding of tax terms like W2, Corp to Corp and 1099.
  • Experience discussing rates, salaries and/or benefits.
  • Good experience with using job boards like Monster, Dice etc.
  • Able to close, confirm and follow up with candidates in regards to interviews or offers.
  • Fair grasp of technology.
