Educational Qualification:-  Graduation in specific field.

Job description:  We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive with 4 to 7 years of experience recruitment to mid or Large size Enterprises.

• Energetic, enthusiastic experienced candidates with 4 to 7 years of Experience in end to end recruitment cycle.
• Awareness about different technologies and good knowledge on the current market.
• Experience in IT Technology or IT Skills Set and Domain knowledge. Hands on experience in sourcing and screening resumes from job portals, Networking and Head Hunting in IT technologies.
• Scheduling interviews and Follow up with the selected candidates and explaining the Responsibilities and benefits.
• Candidates should have good experience in permanent staffing.
• Timely achieving of targets.
• Good communication, good attitude and good team player.
• Go-Getters Key Skills: Well versed with Job portals, Excellent sourcing skills. Good written & verbal communication.
• Candidates should be initiative driven and prone to...to working independently Planning/Prioritization skills are necessary, so as to efficiently manage a days work A well pleasing Personality and should be well groomed Finally, the candidate should have a demonstrated ability to define & meet targets. Confident Perseverance Patience IT skills - MS Office.
