Job Description

JD:

5-7 years ServiceNow Platform and development experience
In depth understanding of technical architecture of ServiceNow
Execute solutions in capacity as a ServiceNow developer, subject matter expert and go-to technical authority on projects
Track record of having implemented, enhanced and supported an enterprise-class technology system, including configuration, development, data migrations, system testing, cutover planning and production support
Must have played a customer facing role with deep involvement in technical discussions
Table level expertise to carryout impact analysis for incorporating changes to existing functionalities
Should be strong (functional and technical) with all core modules of ServiceNow â Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Problem Management, Change Management, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management
Sound hands-on experience and knowledge on ServiceNow integrations
Hands-on experience in Servicenow Portal and its technologies
Best practices in ServiceNow development activities/coding
Good communication skills with good attitude
Service now Implementation or Admin Certification is desired
