Knowledge of ITSM process like change management, incident management and problem management • Should be proactive towards working on continues improvement activities for generating higher productivity in terms of business benefits and reduction of ticket count. • Should have worked in a distributed delivery model with internationally located teams • Should work as a SPOC in managing internal stakeholders at various level • Should be able to independently support business operations and also handle enhancements and small projects turning around SAP-PP & QM module • Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressure • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work in a team environment • Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus professional interaction with all customers, contractors and vendors, both internal and external to our client • Ensure the integration between the Project team, Support team and the business community • Ensure timely issue identification, resolution, handling escalation & ensuring process consistency • To communicate the functional and processes requirements to the development team by developing and maintaining design/technical documents. • Exposure to ABAP, HANA preferred • SAP certification preferred Please refer to the Job description above.
