International recruitment experience in US/UK/EU geography. Years of exp: 2.5to 7years' experience in temp/contract recruitment. Non-IT hiring experience preferably in construction domain. End to end recruitment experience (full lifecycle of recruitment from Sourcing, screening, interviewing till offer rollout), Strong hands-on Booleans. Experience using ATS (Applicant tracking systems) Good communication skills with ability to interact well with stakeholders. Any experience with Temp hiring beneficial. Good Booleans string knowledge and willing to make calls. Comfortable to do hiring like, Project Manager, Procurement Manager, Site manager ,Manufacturing engineer ,Design engineer in UK ,US Market ,Senior level hiring
