Job Description

 Position: Senior Officer/ Officer - Merchant Operations

2. Educational Qualifications: Graduate / Post - Graduate degree in Business from reputed universities.

3. Minimum Experience: 1+ Years as on last date of receipt of application.

4. CTC offered: Compensation will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and will be discussed on a case by case basis.

5. Role and Responsibilities:

(i) Maintain strong business relationship with cards merchants through support service for increasing merchant base and business growth.
(ii) Ensure Smooth acceptance of cards at the merchant points in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
(iii) Ensure that all merchant queries are effectively handled.
(iv) Visit merchants to promote Debit and Credit Card
(v) Relationship management is required with our vendor.
