Job Description:

Medline India is looking for a Senior .Net Developer located in the Information Services division. This position will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that support various business units at Medline. Will work closely with the business community and I/S analysts to perform technical analysis for designing solutions, evaluating options that include but are not limited to: new program development, configuration of existing systems, new package/system evaluation or a combination of these options. Has an emphasis for designing solutions that balance business need and technical complexity. Has experience working in entire development lifecycle for an application, including both back-end and front-end development. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a solid education and a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a roll-up your sleeves attitude.

The challenging responsibilities of the position include:

• Design, code, test, implement, maintain and support application software

• Work independently on high complexity designs & programs

• Translate functional/business needs into technical requirements

• Write clean, performance friendly code

• Analyze database constructs and create database design specifications associated with new development or enhancements

• Develop test plans, prepare test data, test, and document results for unit testing

• Investigate and fix production issues.

• Investigate performance issues and improve performance

• Maintains a professional demeanor at all times. Consistently able to interact professionally and work productively with all levels of Medline employees. Follows Medline s Code of Ethics and other corporate policies

Skills / Experience:

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of extensive .Net experience in new program development, configuration of existing systems, new package/system evaluation, back-end and front-end development.

• C#, ASP.Net Web Forms & MVC, WebAPI

• .Net Framework 4.0 and above, Visual Studio.Net (2012 and above)

• Entity Framework

• MS SQL Server 2008 and above

• HTML/CSS, AJAX, jQuery, JSON, JavaScript,

• Git repository or any other SCS

• Experience working in Scrum teams

• A Good understanding

of OOP principles

• A good understanding of N-tier architecture

• Familiar with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

• Implementation of third party controls

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Test Driven Development (TDD)

• SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages
