Job Description

• Define and manage Ondots cross-functional team engagement and implementation of goals, including requirement gathering, defining scope, scheduling, risk management, customer communication, and ultimately successful implementation of the solution.
• Drive the coordinated management of large, complex integration programs over a finite time period in order to achieve specific business goals.
• Ensure the timely delivery of business value and the efficient use of organizational resources.
• Manage the program-level division of tasks across multiple delivery teams and resolve roadblocks.
• Work across organizational and geographic boundaries to define program interdependencies and release plans.
• Monitor the health of the program delivery. Track program-level status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Produce quality deliverables ensuring that all internal and customer processes are followed, checklists adhered to, and sign-offs obtained.
• Ensure the programs are delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW (Statement of Work).
• Report regularly on program status to all stakeholders, including Ondot and Customer senior management.
• Help the organization develop measurements to assess the success of their work.
• Design collection of data, reports, conducting analysis and producing reports on impact of the Diversity and Inclusion work.
• Design processes and logistics for programs, projects, and events (small to very large scale), engage others to execute on events.
• Review the delivery process and identify steps that can be improved upon for the next project; conduct retrospectives and lessons learned.
• Coordinate, partner, and collaborate with program managers representing customers and build strong relationships with the internal customer-facing leadership.
• Manage 3rd party vendors to deliver and perform periodic due diligence.

What you should have:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in driving end-to-end complex Agile Integration projects.
• 5+ years of complex cloud transformation projects and operational engagement and delivery.
• Extensive experience leading multiple projects with global, cross-functional teams in fast-paced, change-intensive environments.
• Self-starter with ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and deal with ambiguity.
• Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across organizational boundaries to drive closure of complex delivery challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional confidence and credibility to effectively engage and interact with senior and executive management.
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of the impact of changes to program scope or timeline.
• Understanding of Software Architecture and experience with product integrations and implementations, preferably Payments Products dealing with Authorization, Platform Integrations, and Security.
• Extensive knowledge of IT project and program management processes, tools, templates, and management techniques.
• Prior implementation of IT projects in the Financial/Payments domain.
• Risk Certification.
• Professional Services and Operations experience.
• Experience working with Atlassian products [Jira, Confluence].
• AWS Certification [AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solution Architect Associate (preferred).
• Should be a certified Scrum Master.
